Service area

Defender Precision currently ships physical products to addresses within the United States. Digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped.

Processing

Physical orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Processing may take longer during unusually high order volume. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order.

Delivery estimates

Standard shipping is estimated at 3–5 business days after processing. Express shipping, when offered at checkout, is estimated at 1–2 business days after processing.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, service interruptions, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Rates and tracking

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders totaling $70 or more before taxes and after discounts. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Address changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact info@defenderprecision.com immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment has begun. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery problems

If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, first check with household members, neighbors, the delivery location, and the carrier.

Report damaged, incorrect, or materially delayed orders to info@defenderprecision.com and include the order number and supporting photographs when applicable.

Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered to the email address entered at checkout after payment is confirmed. Check spam or junk folders if the delivery message does not arrive. Contact info@defenderprecision.com for delivery assistance.
